Cara Pienaar

Cara Pienaar is the HR Operations Manager at Soventix South Africa, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2014. Bringing a strong background in renewable energy, Cara overseas the company administration, HR Management and ensures compliance with ISO 14001 and 9001 standards.

Her role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from managing day-to-day operations to supporting marketing and public relations efforts when needed. Cara is currently pursuing her Degree in Human Resources Management, further enhancing her expertise and commitment in her field. Known for her versatility and dedication, she is instrumental in fostering a compliant, efficient and positive workplace environment at Soventix.
