Johan Swanepoel

Johan is the Internal Legal Counsel at Soventix South Africa, where he has been responsible for managing the company’s legal matters since joining in August 2023. An admitted attorney with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in the commercial aspects of the renewable energy sector, Johan spends much of his time reviewing, drafting and vetting a variety of contracts to support Soventix’ operations.

He is currently pursuing an MBA in Energy and Sustainability, further deepening his expertise in the sector. Johan’s legal acumen and commitment to sustainability make him a valuable asset to the Soventix Team.
