His expertise lies in developing and implementing operational plans and budgets that align with organizational goals and objectives. With excellent communication, leadership,and problem-solving skills, he holds a Master's degree from Columbia University in New York and have worked in multiple countries, including Nigeria, Angola,Spain, Ghana, South Africa, and the United States.

Okechi is currently focusing on developing new generation assets, specifically in the renewable energy space. He ensures that these assets are brought into profitable operation in line with corporate standards and international health and safety regulations. He also focuses on rolling out strategic plans and effective risk management for both existing plants and new projects while reflecting global best practices and reducing emissions.
