Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & evaluation, closing) for regional projects.

• Develop and manage regional project strategies, work plans, and budgets in partnership with country teams.

• Coordinate and supervise project managers, country-level staff, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with requirements and internal quality standards.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a regional HSE management system aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001) and local regulatory requirements.

• Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and risk mitigation across all country operations.

• Conduct and manage HSE audits and inspections, including internal audits, gap assessments, and certification readiness.

• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Oversee and coordinate HSE training programs, including first aid / CPR training, behavioural safety, and emergency response.

Document Management

• Establish and maintain document control procedures aligned with company and client requirements.
